The agreement controls
Services are provided by Case N Point LLC, an Illinois limited liability company trading as Case N Point Cleaning Services, under the Client Service Agreement you sign together with the written quote you approve. If anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement governs. Illinois law governs the agreement.
What the agreement covers
- The scope of work, and the services that are not included
- How quotes are issued, approved, and changed
- Scheduling, access to the property, cancellation, and rescheduling
- Payment terms and when payment is due
- The 24-hour window to report a concern with a completed visit
- Permission for photos of your space, and how they may be used
- Care of your property, liability, and how claims are handled
