Services
Every service is quoted per space and per condition. What you read here is the shape of the work; your written quote is the specific list for your address, and it is what we clean to.
Standard cleaning
Our routine visit. It keeps a maintained home or office in the condition it is already in, working the same checklist every time so nothing depends on who is on the crew that day.
What is included
- Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sink, stovetop, and the exterior of appliances and cabinets
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs and showers, sinks, counters, mirrors, and fixtures
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, sills, and open shelving
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs; sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Trash and recycling emptied and re-lined
- Beds made with linens already on them, on request
- Light switch plates, door handles, and other high-touch points wiped down
Deep cleaning
A slower, hand-detailed pass for spaces that have not been cleaned in a while, or before and after a season, a move, or a gathering. Deep cleaning includes everything in a standard visit and adds time per room.
Deep cleaning is quoted by condition, not by square footage alone. Heavy buildup may be quoted as an add-on.
What it adds
- Baseboards, door frames, and doors wiped by hand
- Detailed edge and corner work on floors, including behind and beside accessible furniture
- Soap scum, hard water, and grease buildup worked on fixtures, tile, and grout lines
- Vents, ceiling fans, and light fixtures within reach of a standard step stool
- Cabinet and appliance exteriors degreased rather than wiped
- Detailed dusting of decor, frames, and less-accessible surfaces
Move-in / move-out cleaning
For an empty or nearly empty space, timed around your lease dates or closing. This is the service most often used to meet a landlord walkthrough or hand a home to its next owner.
Utilities, water, and access need to be available at the scheduled time. Furniture, trash, and belongings left behind are not removed.
What is included
- Full deep cleaning of an empty unit, room by room
- Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets, wiped out
- Inside the refrigerator and oven when included in your written quote
- Interior windows within reach, when included in your written quote
- Floors cleaned last, after the rest of the unit is finished
Recurring service
Weekly, every other week, or monthly visits on a standing schedule. Recurring clients hold the rate written in their quote and keep the same scope from visit to visit.
How it works
- Choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly; the frequency is set in your quote
- The same standard cleaning checklist each visit, with the rate held per your quote
- A deep cleaning first visit is common when a space is new to us
- Add-ons can be scheduled into a specific visit rather than every visit
- Reschedule or cancel a visit under the notice terms in your Client Service Agreement
Add-on services
Add-ons are priced separately and only performed when they appear on your approved quote. Ask for them when you request the quote, or add them to a specific visit later.
Inside appliances
Inside the refrigerator, oven, or freezer, emptied and wiped down.
Inside cabinets
Cabinets and drawers emptied by you, then cleaned inside.
Detailed blinds
Blinds cleaned slat by slat rather than dusted in passing.
Interior windows
Interior glass, sills, and tracks within reach of a standard step stool.
Heavy buildup removal
Grease, hard water, or soil that needs repeated passes and dwell time.
Not included
These items are outside our scope of work. They are excluded from every quote and every visit, and they are listed the same way in the Client Service Agreement. If a job needs one of them, we will tell you so you can bring in the right specialist.

- Exterior windows
- Carpet shampooing
- Pest removal
- Biohazard cleanup
