Meet Ericka Bailey
Ericka Bailey started Case N Point because the two things clients complain about most in this trade are avoidable: not knowing what a cleaning will cost, and not knowing what was actually done. So the business is built around fixing both. Every job begins with a written quote, and every visit follows a checklist you can read before you approve it.
She takes the calls, walks the spaces, and writes the quotes herself. When a job needs something we do not do — restoration, remediation, pest work — she will say so instead of taking the booking and hoping for the best.
The name is the promise. Case N Point: the proof is in every room, and the room is the argument.
Our service commitments
These are the terms we hold ourselves to on every job. They also appear in the Client Service Agreement, which is the document that governs the work.
- Reasonable care
- We treat your home or office, and everything in it, with reasonable care. If something is fragile, unusual, or off limits, tell us before the visit and we will work around it or leave it alone.
- A 24-hour window to tell us
- If something was missed or is not right, let us know within 24 hours of the visit. That is when we can still see the work as we left it and return to correct the items covered by your quote.
- Your space stays yours
- We do not publish before or after photos of your space without your permission. Job photos we take are used for our own records — scope, condition, and disputes — not for marketing, unless you say yes.
